- If the outer box/packaging is tampered

Take a photo and reject the delivery.
- If the product inside is damaged, share an
unboxing video and we will send a

🚚 STATUS SHOWS "DELIVERED" BUT NOT RECEIVED?
- Don't worry we will request a
Proof of Delivery (POD) from the courier.
- It may take 4-5 business days to receive
a response.
- Meanwhile, please check with your
reception/security/neighbours.
